INDESO project

To acheve missions of national importance

Every day, data from more than 25 satellites in orbit around the Earth are received by the INDESO center.

These satellites belong to 3 families:

  • High-resolution radar satellites that can see by day and night and through clouds. They are essential tools in the fight against illegal fishing and pollution
  • High-resolution optical satellites for studying the coasts with precision, enabling our aquaculture industry to develop while preserving the coastline, coral reefs and mangroves

MEASURING, COUNTERACTING, ADAPTING

  • The distribution of the biomass of bigeye, yellowfin and skipjack tuna species is available for the entire biomass, but can also be organized by age group: adults, young, recruits, juveniles and even larvae.
